Shipping & Return Policies

All orders are sent by registered USPS priorty mail within 1-3 business days.  Shipping time varies based on location, but it is typically 1-3 days from time it is shipped.  You will be provided a tracking number upon shipment. International orders shipping time and cost will vary, but are traditionally 10 days up to (in extreme cases) 2 months. 

Every country's import taxes and/or duty fees are different and it is your responsiblity alone to be aware of your own country's custom laws as well as your responsibility to pay the additional taxes & duty fees that goes along with importing merchandise from our country. We can not know how much the additional fees are, please be aware of your countries policies. Custom laws vary from country to country, some countries will hold your order for pick up. If you decline to retrieve your package from customs within their turn around time and it is shipped back to me, it is your responsibility to purchase additional shipping. 

Violet Cravt will create your shipping label through PayPal. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS UP TO DATE AND CORRECT! Making sure the shipping address is correctly inputted is the responsibility of the customer. I will not be held responsible if the shipment is sent to an incorrect or outdated address.  

Violet Cravt is not responsible for items once it leaves the studio. Any issues with shipping with USPS must be handled with them. This also includes issues of your package is stolen, or damaged via USPS. 

Please understand that crystals have their own natural structure obtained through natural growth and each one is unique. Violet Cravt will not process refunds due to “flaws” of a crystal as they are inherently imperfect. I do my best to show these imperfections in pictures- so please review them thoroughly prior to purchase. 

If there is an issue with your item, Violet Cravt needs to be notified within 48 hour of you receiving your package. Any items that have been altered/damaged by a customer are ineligible for shop credit/refund. All refunds are at the  discretion of Violet Cravt. In most cases, shop credit will be awarded if the item is unaltered and the customer sends the item back to Violet Cravt in a timely manner (within 48 hrs.) Customer is responsible for sending a tracking number to Violet Cravt when returning an item to verify that it was sent. Items must be packed with the same integrity that they were sent, and customer assumes responsibility for all shipping charges if they choose to return an item- initial shipping as well as shipping charges if sending an item back will not be refunded.

Violet Cravt does not process refunds/shop credit based on buyer’s remorse- no exceptions. Please consider your purchases thoroughly.  

Please do not drop or expose your crystal to harsh circumstances as they may break. They are gifts from the earth and can be very fragile. Take good care of your crystals and they will take good care of you.
