Most will call it the day of final judgment. The end. To the sun and the moon, it will only be the beginning.
For the smallest of instants each day, they pause in this chase. They pause and look back at one another, smiling as if sharing a secret. Two lovers that can never exist as one, except in that single, brief instant. Lying there, Persephone smiled too. And as quickly as a smile parts two lips, the two sky wanderers parted ways. The chase was on again. Night gave way to day.

Gold Sheen Obsidian is an excellent tool for gazing, viewing the future, or accessing knowledge from the past. More importantly, however, it reveals the heart of a problem or situation in the present. While Gold Sheen Obsidian reflects that which is needed in our life for healing, it does not provide the healing. It does, however, give insight into the paths of action available to bring it about.

Sky Wanderers is a golden sheen obsidian carving of the sun and moon. She has been set in electroformed copper, hand oxidized and polished to give a gloomy weathered appearance. It measures 2” in length and width and rests below a 16” nickel free copper chain.
